一、打通(tong)堵點卡點,確保工業經濟循環暢通(tong)
(一)扎實推(tui)進能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)安全保(bao)供(gong)(gong)。充(chong)分發(fa)揮煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)油氣運保(bao)障工(gong)作部際協調(diao)機制作用(yong)(yong),加強(qiang)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)統籌調(diao)度,推(tui)進煤(mei)(mei)炭優質產能(neng)(neng)充(chong)分釋放,提高發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)化肥用(yong)(yong)煤(mei)(mei)中長期合(he)同履約(yue)水平(ping),推(tui)動煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)企業(ye)(ye)提高發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)出力。制定好能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)保(bao)供(gong)(gong)應急預案(an),做實做細能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力保(bao)供(gong)(gong)工(gong)作,保(bao)障民(min)生和(he)重點(dian)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)用(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)需(xu)求。對煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)企業(ye)(ye)今年四季度的應繳(jiao)稅(shui)款全部暫緩(huan)繳(jiao)納。完善(shan)能(neng)(neng)耗雙(shuang)控有(you)關(guan)政策,嚴格(ge)能(neng)(neng)耗強(qiang)度管控,多措(cuo)并舉有(you)效增強(qiang)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)費總(zong)量(liang)管理彈性(xing),保(bao)障工(gong)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展合(he)理用(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)。嚴厲打擊散布虛(xu)假(jia)信(xin)息、哄抬(tai)價格(ge)等各類(lei)違法行為和(he)資(zi)本無序炒作。(發(fa)展改革委、工(gong)業(ye)(ye)和(he)信(xin)息化部、財政部、國資(zi)委、稅(shui)務總(zong)局(ju)、市場監管總(zong)局(ju)、能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)局(ju)按職責分工(gong)負責)

二、挖(wa)掘需求潛力,拓展工業經濟(ji)市場空間

三、強化政策扶持,健全工(gong)業經(jing)濟保障措施
